Inspired by Ianâs US bass rod designs, this rod is a mirror image of his American SwitchFreak model, but in an âUltra-Lightâ power rating to better suit our lures and our native bass. The rod is also ideal for goldens and big redfin â in fact any of our fish that will respond to lures of these styles.
The weight and balance of this rod is so ridiculous that it is hard to believe that this is a 7â3â, 2pc bass rod! This also massively increases sensitivity which when combined with the faultless balance creates an outfit that almost floats in the hand which is priceless when it comes to a long session of pitching or jig casting. And the 2pc design with detachable handle makes transport and storage a breeze.
